First, we’ll talk through your business goals and assess your requirements. This consultation may be a phone call, video chat, email conversation or face-to-face meeting. We always welcome potential clients to visit our offices in Manila anytime.

2. Creating a Plan

We’ll develop an outsourcing plan that aligns with your business goals. There’s no obligation on your part – it’s really a starting point for further discussion.

3. Recruiting Staff

We’ll commence recruitment, pre-screening all candidates and connecting you with top prospects for a video interview. There’s no obligation – this step is about sourcing the perfect-fit talent for your business.

4. Getting Started

You’ll select the preferred candidates and we’ll secure their employment.

5. Onboarding

We’ll assign office space, workstations and IT infrastructure. We’ll also induct and onboard your new team members, so they’re ready to hit the ground running from day one. As soon as set up and any necessary training is complete, your team can start work!

6. Support

Our HR and IT teams will closely support your team and ensure that your operations in Manila run smoothly. Our goal is to make you feel as if your team is in the office next door.

7. Full Management

You manage the day-to-day workload and management of your team.
