Brett co-founded OBS bringing a diverse background of business management coupled with a depth of experience and success in the finance and banking sector, having held consultant and managerial roles with major organizations including Aussie Home Loans.

Brett’s former position at Salesforce Australia was responsible for the setup of an operation of their business division in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Brett founded MMF Finance & Consulting in 1999, noticing a gap & opportunity within the deregulation of the Banking sector with a lens on the residential & commercial mortgage space. Intermediaries and brokers were leading and originating lending on behalf of clients however the difference was his philosophy of the “client-centric business offering ” being the fiduciary duty of care for the client’s best interests.

Brett is also a Full Voting Member of the MFAA and has been so for nearly 20 years.
